Her career includes senior leadership roles across financial services, consumer lending, technology, and consumer goods, industries where talent complexity and scale demand both strategic vision and operational precision. At Wells Fargo, she directed a corporate learning and development enterprise serving 55,000+ employees, overseeing a $30M annual budget and a team of more than 260 professionals. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade at Citi leading a global talent and learning organization supporting 15,000 employees across 13 sites and two countries, building the operational and strategic foundation that has defined her approach ever since.
