Allie Robért began her career in healthcare 16 years ago. Throughout the years, she held numerous roles of increasing responsibility across all facets of operations. During her tenure, Allie worked tirelessly building relationships with physician partners and employees alike, seeking to partner and problem solve to deliver better patient care. Her unique understanding of the O.R. and the challenges faced by surgeons and facilities make her a valuable asset in the development and expansion of MPOWERHealth’s business portfolios.

Allie is currently responsible for operations across MPOWERHealth. Her areas of responsibility include clinical operations, revenue cycle, shared services operations and client experience. As a member of the executive team, she has accountability for ensuring the company’s emerging businesses are operating optimally to maximize both patient care and clinical excellence while fostering a culture rooted in humility, integrity and collaboration.

Mrs. Robèrt is a graduate of the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, N.M., with a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in nutrition.
